What We Do

Upon receipt of the signed proposal, K&D will begin the process of permit application and Notice of Commencement with the appropriate governing agency.

K&D may assist in your selection of roof tile color and profile, if requested. K&D will order and inventory all material for commencement. K&D will give you notification of your scheduled start date. K&D employees and equipment will arrive on scheduled start date weather permitting. K&D will make provisions to protect your property and minimize demolition debris. K&D will remove all construction debris to a Licensed Land Fill Facility using our own equipment. K&D will inspect the deck substrate for water damage and to verify proper nailing requirements to meet current Building Codes. K&D will install all necessary flashing. Standard flashings are 26 gauge galvanized steel and may be upgraded upon request. K&D will schedule all required building inspections. K&D will clean your site of any and all construction related debris. K&D will obtain our Final Roof Inspections from appropriate municipality.
